What Messages Will I Receive?
When you place an order with Gross Lighting & Home, you may receive automated text messages related to your delivery, including:
- Driver en route notifications
- Estimated arrival updates
- Delivery completion confirmations
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per delivery order.
Consent
By providing your phone number when placing an order with Gross Lighting & Home (in-store, by phone, or through a contractor), you consent to receive transactional text messages regarding your delivery status.
